8 Seniors Named National Merit Semifinalists
Eight members of the senior class were named National Merit Semifinalists. Vinny Amato, Ashley Cousin, Emily Horgen, Nicolas Lama, Caroline Moody, James Richardson, Eudora Song, and Tatiana Ziff were chosen from a nationwide pool of applicants and represent less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors. They were presented with a certificate acknowledging their achievement by Head of Upper School Fletcher Carr during an assembly on October 1 in Benjamin Hall.
Christian Baldari, Leslie Berg, Alexandra Denholtz, Kiersten Malmberg, Justin Stohlman and Michael Yancey were named Commended Scholars in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements.
