Students 'Learning Through Discovery' During Summer Camp

Summer camps are underway at Benjamin, offering students the opportunity to participate in an exciting variety of games and activities.

Adventure camp for children entering grades K through 3 provides young people with enjoyable enrichment activities. Each week, campers experience theme-based activities including arts and crafts, music, dance and gymnastics. All activities are on campus and open to non-Benjamin students with each week concluding with Friday “Water Day.”

“The goal of The Benjamin School Summer Program is to provide opportunities for students to grow intellectually, socially and morally through academic enrichment and exploration, as well as enjoyable and challenging athletic and camp experiences,” says Director of Summer Programs Chris Nordland.

The School offers a host of camps, including Discovery Camp for students entering PK4. The camp offers young children the opportunity to “learn through discovery” as they participate in teacher guided crafts, science experiments, STEM activities, creative movement and group games.
