Middle School Collects 1860 Shoes For Non-Profit

Benjamin Middle School students collected 1,860 pairs of shoes for the non-profit organization Soles4Souls as part of their continued community service initiative. The mission of Soles4Souls is to create sustainable jobs and provide relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world.

Middle School students, led by Visual/Performing Arts Department Chair Nancy McAllister, spearhead a shoe drive for the organization each year.

“Our total far exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful for our students and their heart for service,” said McAllister.

McAllister and her students will begin the drive again in August 2019.
