6th Grade Students Shine During Quarterly 'Wheel' Performance

Sixth grade fine arts students transformed the Barker Performing Arts Center into the Barker Aquarium the morning of December 18 during their quarterly Arts Wheel production. The "under the sea" theme featured a variety of dance and music numbers, drama skits and artwork.

The Arts Wheel allows students to experience a variety of artistic mediums, including visual arts, dance, drama, and music in a rotation every nine weeks.

Throughout the nine weeks students and arts teachers work in conjunction to create a theme-based production performing on stage for parents, students, and faculty.
