Chillin’ & Grillin’ Week Ignites Team Spirit

Corey Morrow
It was a week of good-natured competition and school spirit on the Upper School campus last week during Chillin’ & Grillin’ week. Students and faculty participated in games and activities such as ultimate frisbee, an obstacle course, musical chairs, and even quidditch. The four color coded teams were comprised of students across the four grade levels, encouraging teamwork outside of students' own classes.

Each day also had a theme that required wacky attire - from thrift shop day, to tacky tourist day. As an added bonus, the “grillin’” portion of the week came via a delicious lunch from Park Avenue Grill that satiated both students and staff.

Ultimately, the Green Team took home the victory and will enjoy a full year of bragging rights. Well done, Green Team!
