Virtual Senior Showcase Features Talented Performing Artists

Senior performing artists treated a virtual audience to the 2020 Senior Showcase. The sixth annual showcase, normally hosted on stage in Benjamin Hall, featured a talented group of singers, dancers, and musicians.

“The arts have played an important role in my life and those of my fellow students and we have all grown enormously because of the arts education we have had at The Benjamin School,” said virtual host Nicolas Lama.

The event also featured performances from faculty members Mr. Perry Feyk and Dr. Nicholas Lockey and students in all upper school grade levels as part of a virtual Backdoor Cafe, which normally takes place in a relaxed setting on the upper school campus.

Seniors Kaitlyn Hewitt, Alec Adam, Nicolas Lama, Jada Travis, and Kaitlyn Hewitt performed in what would have normally been part of a formal showcase in Benjamin Hall.

Members of PFP, a musical collaboration between upper school English teacher Perry Feyk and students, thanked Mr. Feyk for his years of leadership.
