2018 Variety Show

A talented cast of Benjamin singers, dancers and instrumentalists showcased the “fantastical music” of today and tomorrow during the 22nd annual Variety Show in Benjamin Hall. This year’s theme, “Flash Forward,” took the audience on a musical journey to the future, space and the New Frontier.

The January 13 matinee and evening audiences enjoyed an extraordinary performing arts revue featuring Benjamin School students, parents, faculty and staff. A variety of numbers were performed by the upper school dance team The Dazzlers, student-faculty band PFP, the upper school strings ensemble and medleys of singers and dancers across all three divisions.

Dance teacher Rachel Rudner ‘04 performed in the show and choreographed numbers along with artistic director Sara Salivar. The audience was also treated to “commercial breaks” produced by Ken Archer’s TV production class.

Congratulations to Variety Show Chairs, artistic director Sara Salivar and the entire cast and crew!
