Director Of College Counseling Tapped to Serve On NACAC Committee
Director of College Counseling Anna Wright was one of 15 people selected to serve on a National Association For College Admission Counseling committee this year. Wright was chosen for the NACAC International Initiatives Committee due to her experience on the International Association for College Admission Counseling’s Executive Board and her background working with international students in London, England prior to her appointment at The Benjamin School.
“Given the rapidly evolving and expanding nature of global education, I cannot wait to dig into the work ahead,” Wright said of the honor.
The three-year term will begin on September 18 and includes committee meetings during the NACAC national conference and at the NACAC Headquarters in Washington D.C., as well as conference calls throughout the year. Head of School Bob Goldberg said he is delighted to hear about Wright’s appointment.
“We knew we had a winner when we found her,” said Goldberg.
