Signing up:
Only signed registrations, along with payment, will be accepted. For clubs with limited enrollment, registrations will be time-stamped and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents will ONLY be notified if the club is full. If your choice of a class has been filled, you will be offered another choice or payment returned. Otherwise, mark your personal calendars for when your child’s after-school club will start and end.
Refund Policy:
Instructors are hired, and materials are purchased based on class enrollment. A refund will be issued if a class/activity is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. No enrollment changes can be made after the second week, and no refund or credit will be made if a student withdraws or misses class.
No classes will be scheduled on days declared as school holidays, early dismissals, or teacher conference days.
Pick up:
The Aftercare Coordinator, associate, or club vendor will walk students to designated dismissal areas. Please remain in your car at pick-up so we can safely load the children. Please review the club schedule for the end time and dismissal dot information. Ensure you pick up your child within 10 minutes of the activity end time.
