Getting Started with Securly in Windows
Here are some quick install steps for Microsoft Windows computers.
For Microsoft Windows computers, please try the new automated installer. Download this file, and run it to automatically install the needed certificates. Accept any prompts about installing certificates.
If the above does not work, please download this file and follow the below steps.

If the above does not work, please download this file and follow the below steps.
- Once downloaded, you will need to extract the files inside. Find the zip file and open it. Click "Extract" near the top of the windows and click on "Extract All." Finish by clicking "Extract" in the popup window.
- From the new windows with the extracted files, you will need to find the file named "win-securly.cmd" and right-click on it to choose "Run as Administrator" from the menu. Double-clicking the installer may not work due to the Windows security settings.
- If prompted for a username and password, please enter your computers administrator account and password.

The installer will complete quickly and you can close the window.
Technology Support
The Benjamin School has Technology Offices on both the Lower/Middle School and Upper School campuses. Students can visit the Technology Office to receive support on any technology related issues. Our knowledgeable staff are available to answer questions and address any concerns you may have. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am - 3 pm.
Please note, our offices are closed on Friday during the summer.
