Benjamin forward Ben Lubarsky reached a career milestone last week for the Bucs’ boys basketball team. The 6-foot-5 junior scored his 1,000th career point Dec. 8 in a 64-63 victory against Oxbridge Academy. The win was the sixth in a row for the Bucs, who carry a 7-0 record into their game Thursday against Port St. Lucie-Somerset College Prep Academy.
