Our Logos

The primary logo features the school name in a dedicated horizontal lockup. This is the preferred logo variation for all brand communications.

Because the logo is our primary brand identifier, always apply it with care and respect. Use only the approved electronic artwork. Never alter, add to or redraw the logo in any way. The typeface is Trajan bold in small caps.

The logo should always have adequate clear space on all sides that is free of words or other graphics to ensure it has a distinct visual impact.

When reproduction methods cannot accommodate a full-color logo, use an appropriate color variation shown below. Positive and reverse versions are included.

Carefully evaluate the background before making a selection. In general, backgrounds that are approximately 45% black or darker will require a reverse logo.

Use this configuration only when a layout has limited horizontal space or when the icon needs to be more visible. Uses may include sports arenas or stadiums and merchandise or promotional items.

The Buccaneer mascot head and “Athletic B” logos are mostly reserved for use by the athletic department but may be used by other departments. In general, the primary and secondary logos should be used for academic purposes. Please contact the marketing office for further direction. 

For the construction of the association’s logos the gray text is Sabon Italic placed beneath the primary logo.

This mark is only to be used when a sense of history is needed or for more official documents. Currently, only the head of school letterhead uses the heritage signature with the seal.
