Benjamin Celebrates Groundbreaking of 'Boundless' US Projects

Last week, the school celebrated the groundbreaking of two transformative Upper School projects: the Stiles-Nicholson Innovation Center and the Bodstrom Family Student Union. Donors and guests gathered at the construction sites to ceremonially turn the soil while crews continued their work in the background. These celebrations, along with the groundbreaking ceremony for the Jenkins Family Lower School Office, signal a major leap forward in the school’s future master plan.

The projects are part of Boundless: The Campaign for The Benjamin School, designed to create innovative, collaborative spaces that inspire learning without limits. Once completed, these facilities will provide dynamic new environments that nurture discovery, community, and creativity, reflecting the school’s commitment to shaping education for generations to come.

Head of School Dave Faus said it’s a “vibrant reminder of the history, tradition, and strong community that make our corner of the world so special. While 65 years of excellence have brought us to this incredible point, we know our future is even brighter.”

“With dynamic new environments designed to fuel discovery, collaboration, and community, we are truly creating an education with no limits. And this is only the beginning,” Faus said of the three concurrent projects.
