1st Grade Hosts Annual Peter Rabbit Tea Party

First grade students continue to enjoyed the long-standing tradition of reading The Tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter in their classrooms, followed by a celebratory tea party. 

First grade teacher Claire Canese says the celebration of "reading, creativity, and classic childhood joy" is a "charming afternoon filled with storytelling, imagination, and, of course, a spot of tea."

"The celebration honors the joys of reading, the spark of imagination, and the timeless pleasures of childhood," she said.
