For College Representatives

The Benjamin School hosts nearly 100 college admission representatives to our campus each year. We welcome you to schedule a visit via Scoir.

There are two Benjamin campuses, separated by six miles. Be sure to drive to our Upper School at 4875 Grandiflora Rd, Palm Beach Gardens rather than the Lower School in North Palm Beach!

• Book a visit in Scoir.
• In-person visits are offered at 1:00 PM.
• Visits are typically 30-45 minutes in length.
• Most college reps visit in the fall, but we also welcome spring visitors.
• If multiple colleges are visiting at the same time, we may ask you to present to students as part of a panel (with other college representatives).

Email Adria Carr if you can't come in person but would like to meet virtually. Or, if you can't find an available time that works; we may be able to accommodate an alternative time.

We always appreciate college pennants! College-branded stress-reliever squishy toys and large stickers are particularly popular with our students.

Parking

Visitor parking is available at our Upper School faculty parking lot, located adjacent to Building 1. Enter via Grandiflora Road (not via Buccaneer Way, where your GPS might take you). You'll see a green sculpture at the entrance, and a lake to the right. Park in any available space. Use the buzzer at the door, and someone will check you in at the front desk, where you'll be asked to provide identification. We look forward to seeing you!

Our campus is approximately a twenty minute drive from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and a one hour drive from Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). One and a half hours from the schools in Miami. South Florida traffic can get congested, especially during rush hour and particularly closer to Miami.

  A nonprofit sea turtle research, rehabilitation, and conservation center: tour a sea turtle hospital, learn about ocean conservation efforts, and better appreciate this complex marine ecosystem that plays a significant role in our students' lives.

Our College Counseling team (which includes former admissions officers) recognizes how hard you work. We want you to know that Benjamin has space available to you at no cost, to host your events.

We welcome you to use our spaces for student interviews, portfolio reviews, fall preview events, spring yield receptions, FRAC retreats, information sessions, or any college-related events you're seeking space for in Palm Beach County. Spaces include:

The Benjamin School hosts an annual spring college fair that draws students from public and private high schools in Palm Beach and Martin County. We value our college representatives traveling from afar and recognize that your time in South Florida is limited, so we strive to make things easier for you by aligning the fair with other significant events in our region.

While dates and times are always subject to change, in recent years we've hosted the fair on the Monday evening immediately following the Sunshine Invitational College Fair at St. Andrew's School and the Association of Independent Miami Schools (AIMS) College Fair. We no longer host fall fairs.
