Shempy BenjiBall Camp

Effort, Attitude, Confidence. We will teach all 3!!! Let’s have some
fun!! This camp is all about enthusiasm and getting fired up. Join
Coach Shempy, his top coaches, and varsity stars for a week of
camaraderie, self confidence and good old fashioned hoops fun!
Team bonding, being creative, and leaving the gym feeling
empowered are the goals here! Let’s gooooo!!!!

Tough 100

This week is for the gym rats, the ballers, those guys that live and
breath hoops! Full on NBA/ college level focus and fire this week.
Elite skill work, speed, conditioning, and competitive battles.
