Payments by the ACH (Automated Clearing House) Process
The parent is writing an electronic check and must provide routing and bank account information. All payments transacted by midnight are available the next day for students. Cost to the parent is $2 per transaction for any number of students and any amount of money. All account numbers are stored in an encrypted format by Food Service Solutions, Inc. Payments by Debit or Credit Card
Food Service Solutions charges the purchaser 4.75% inclusive of the processing fees and the FSS internet convenience fee.
All checks returned NSF or disputed credit card charges are subject to a $20 service fee (paid by the parent) and a reversing entry will be made in the student account within two days after the NSF notification is received.
