Drop-off (all camps): begins at 8:45 AM. Follow carpool signs at the Green Dot entrance and use the campus map.

• Display a completed carpool sign in your passenger window for smooth drop-off and pick-up.
• Summer staff will assist campers from vehicles and escort them to their camps.
• Morning camps: pick-up begins at 11:50 AM.
• Full-day camps: pick-up begins at 2:25 PM (PK-4), 2:35 PM (K), 2:45 PM (1–5).
• Please do not exit your car in the carpool lane.
• If you need extra time, pull forward to the Buckle Up Station.

Morning Care (7:30–9:00 AM): Use the main Green Dot entrance and park in a designated spot. Summer staff will escort campers to the designated room and then to camps at 8:45 AM.

After Care (3:00–5:00 PM): Campers will be escorted to After Care following their camp session. Park and follow signs to pick up your child by 5:00 PM.

• Lightning: If lightning is detected, a school alarm will sound and campers will remain indoors until an all-clear signal is given.
• Heat: Apply sunscreen before arrival and send a full water bottle each day. Water stations are available for refills.

What to wear:

• Dress comfortably in clothes suitable for summer activities.
• Closed-toe sneakers are recommended for safety.
• Label all personal belongings. Lost & Found is located in the Summer Programs Office.

Food & snacks:

• Pack a refillable water bottle (hydration stations available).
• Lunch is available for purchase; campers may also bring lunch (see lunch menu).

Camp T-Shirt: Every camper receives one T-shirt on their first day of camp (one per summer, regardless of number of weeks).

Medical support: A nurse is on-site during all camp hours for injuries and illness. If your child has specific medical needs, contact the nurse directly.
