New Late Pick-Up Option!
We recognize the need to adjust our dismissal process during construction. Pick-up locations and times have been designed to keep our traffic flowing as quickly and safely as possible, but the limited pick-up points will cause congestion. Why wait in the traditional pick up line when you can register your child for Late Pick-Up!
Beginning August 13, we will offer Late Pick-Up for students in Kindergarten - Grade 5. When your student is dismissed from the regular school day, they will join their grade-level group in ACE for outdoor play, snack, and dedicated homework time. At 4:15 p.m., all participating students will be walked to the Red Dot area for dismissal. Pick-up will only be available through the Red Dot drive-thru and only at that time. Things to note:
- If you need your child to stay beyond 4:15 p.m., you must register them for the full ACE program.
- If your child is in WOW or PK4, they must be registered for ACE.
- If your WOW or PK4 student has a sibling registered for Late Pick-Up, we will bring your younger student to the 4:15 pick up at Red Dot daily upon your request.
We will continue to offer this late pick-up option alongside our Enrichment schedule (based on the weeks per session) until we are able to safely return to using the Green Dot driveway for dismissal. The fee for this service is $675 per student for the first 9 week period (August 13- October 18).
