BUCS win Region 7 Championship. - Vogelsong breaks all school records with 65.
The BUCS played in the Region 7A championship on Monday at The Bear's Club. On a windy and emotional day, the BUCS rode the phenominal play of senior Alex Vogelsong. His record breaking seven under par 65 helped the entire team advance to the State 1A championship next week in Ocala. Vogelsong's round included an eagle on the final hole to secure the win against Oxbridge Academy. Other team scores were Blake Bowen (76), Henry Dubiel (78), James Key and Xander Kline (87). Vogelsong's score thus became the lowest Benjamin score in the post season history.
