There are few things in the world that match the energy of an opening day at school. A sea of orange and blue; a cluster of giggling children; a fist bump from a favorite teacher… small moments gathered together to create a collective spirit of excitement. 

A new school year creates opportunities for academic challenge and achievement, and our community of educators stands prepared to help and support our students along the way. But more importantly, this week is about finding a place. Whether it's holding the hand of a WOW student who has never attended school or hosting a group of advisees for lunch so that new students have a comfortable place to sit and make friends, our teachers are here each day to love, support, and guide students. There is a place for each child at TBS. 

Here’s to a wonderful year of encouraging students to reach their goals and beyond.
