Amazing Athletes: Grades WOW-PK4
Amazing Athletes seeks to create a fun, non-competitive environment for developing a familiarity and requisite motor skills for 10 different sports. We take the adage “it’s easier to build strong children than to fix a broken adult” to heart. It’s our passion to set the foundation
for healthy living at a young age. Each class features various plyometric activities and stretching for warm-up, an obstacle course adventure, two sports using age-appropriate equipment, a muscle zoo where we teach a muscle group through mimicking an animal movement, a power food of the week in which we talk about the health benefits of eating a particular fruit or vegetable, culminating in a fun game that reinforces the skills previously taught.
